21 Jun ACUPUNCTURE TRAINING PROGRAM 2023-2024
We are pleased to announce the start of the 5th Cycle of the Acupuncture training program for Physiotherapists and Doctors of the Centre for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (KEDIBIM) of the University of West Attica for the academic year 2023-2024 (05/10/2023 – 09/06/2024).
The 300-hour, 9-month program includes a theoretical course at a distance and in person, with professors from Greece, Denmark and China, practical application in person, as well as clinical training and clinical demonstration on patients in public hospitals, as well as on cadaveric specimens at the Anatomy Department of the Athens Medical School.
This program is organised and run by the University of West Attica and is the only one offered by a Greek public university with these characteristics. As a Lifelong Learning Program of the University is certified with 30 ECTS (cycles 2019-2020, 2020-2021,2021-2022,2022-2023) and 10 points for the selection procedures of the ASEP for judgement in a relevant subject, as described in the relevant legislation n.4589/2019 , Government Gazette 1088/2-4-2019).
